How Long Will My Item Take to Arrive?

Our shipping timeline consists of two main components:

1. Processing Time

  • Includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
  • All orders are dispatched from the manufacturer's warehouse within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
  • Note: Tracking numbers may take up to 5 days to update.

2. Shipping Time

  • The time it takes for your order to arrive at its destination, depending on the courier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL).

Shipping Times by Product and Region:

E-Bikes:

  • USA West Coast: 2-4 Business Days (No Delays Reported in the Last 30 Days)
  • USA East Coast: 3-7 Business Days (No Delays Reported in the Last 30 Days)

All Other Products:

  • United States: 5-7 Business Days (No Delays Reported in the Last 30 Days)
  • United Kingdom: 5-12 Business Days (No Delays Reported in the Last 30 Days)
  • Australia: 5-25 Business Days (Delays Reported: 82% of shipments affected in the Last 30 Days)
  • Canada: 5-20 Business Days (No Delays Reported in the Last 30 Days)

Tracking Your Order

  • All shipments include tracking information, sent to you via email or SMS once your item is shipped.
  • For orders requiring multiple shipments, additional tracking information will be provided as items are dispatched.

Shipping Info & Delays

  • While we work with reliable courier services, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If your package is delayed, we will notify you promptly.
  • If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you.
  • Please Note:
    • We are not responsible for stolen packages adequately delivered to the address provided during checkout.
    • We will assist as much as possible but cannot be held liable for stolen or misplaced deliveries.
 

Do You Deliver on Public Holidays?

Deliveries depend on courier availability. If couriers are operating, so are we! To avoid delays during busy periods (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Easter ect.), we recommend planning your order in advance.
